Conductor
Solid annealed bare copper wire of 0.63mm.
Insulation
Solid polyethylene fully color coded.
Quadding
Four insulated conductors twisted into a star quad.
Inner Sheath
Extruded PVC to fit closely over star quad.
Moisture Barrier & Screen
Both side plastic coated aluminum tape, smooth, nominal thickness of aluminum-0.20mm.
Drain Wire
If required, solid tinned copper 0.5 mm.
Outer Sheath 
Black LDPE.
